How this works. An internal monitoring job runs every 5 minutes and exercises the real production APIs end-to-end - importing a throwaway test indicator via the Defender integration path, verifying it (and a permanent synthetic test indicator) is actually blocked, pulling a live Sentinel export, and refreshing the shared threat intelligence feed - the same way a customer integration would. Results are recorded automatically; this page only displays them. The two headline SLA figures above - Uptime and External Threat Intelligence - follow the same calendar-month basis and targets stated in our customer agreement: 99.5% uptime for blocking & enforcement actions, and 95% uptime for threat intelligence feed delivery. The 90-day bars below each component are shown for context and are not themselves a contractual figure.
